Belper Town edged out bottom of the league Bedworth United 2-1 to return to the top of the table.
The two sides were separated by 20 places in the NPL Division One Midlands standings before kick-off, and Belper made that show when Kevin Bastos rounded the goalkeeper and gave the Nailers the lead.
The visitors hit back instantly and equalised within a minute with George Dunkley firing into the bottom corner after his initial attempt was blocked.
It would be Belper who would claim the three points, however, with Curtis Burrows thumping home a winner just before the hour mark.
Kick-Off
The hosts started on the front foot in Derbyshire with Jonathan Wafula meeting Louis Keenan's corner with a towering header that Jamie Ashmore had to hook behind for another corner.
From the resulting set-piece, Bastos curled wide from the edge of the box.
After 16 minutes, the 25-year-old got his goal.
Jacob Gratton dinked a pass over the Bedworth defence to Bastos, who timed his run brilliantly to beat the offside trap, and he rounded visiting 'keeper Ollie Sayer before firing into the empty net.
This being the winger's sixth goal in his seventh appearance of the campaign.
Belper's lead lasted less than a minute with the division's basement club responding instantly.
Dunkley's shot was blocked, but the ball came straight back to him, and the winger found the bottom corner at the second attempt from just inside the area.
Just before the half-hour mark, Bastos went close to scoring for the second time in the contest.
Jacob Fenton's cross was clawed away by Sayer, but the ball broke for Bastos, whose shot forced a crucial reaction save from the teenager.
Once again, the visitors replied with a chance of their own just a minute later.
Dunkley let fly from range, and although his attempt had Kieran Preston scrambling across his goal line, the ball went wide.

Following this, Bedworth failed to carve out any real chances for an equaliser.
The Greenbacks' best opportunity came 15 minutes from time when Maxwell Ngbeken-Itota played a through ball into Dunkley, who turned away from Jordan Fankwe and cut inside onto his left foot, but lashed his shot over from the edge of the box.
